Have you ever had a moment when you have asked yourself: “How can I follow the Spirit more closely in the midst of my busy, everyday life?” “I know I should follow the Spirit, but how exactly do I do that?”

This workshop will focus on how a centuries-old spiritual practice (The Examen) can be used as a simple tool to help us become more attentive, more discerning, and more in step with the Holy Spirit.
